I enjoyed staff and location, which were lovely. The easy check-in too. Town hotel set in the local area. Moreover, it was 2 km from Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery.

The stay at this absolutely fabulous hotel was a really great one. The place was clean with pleasant staff and location. Separate bedrooms and a clean bathroom.

Check in was efficient, I appreciated brilliant location and fine rooms. Absolutely brilliant view, a lovely balcony, lovely bed, too. It offered fantastic service and appetising food too. Staff were outstandingly accommodating, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown...

Tidy, the staff were fantastic, fine food. My standard double room was particularly good. The staff created a contemporary atmosphere. Average restaurant inside the hotel. The service offered here was terrific!
